Uses a traditional Chinese tea-scenting technique that dates back over 1,000 years. Made with tender spring-harvested green tea buds, hand-rolled and deeply infused with jasmine. Jasmine blossoms, which open during the evening, are layered amogst the tea leaves to impart their delicate fragrance.

Mellow and refreshingly delicate with jasmine fragrance, apple sweetness, vegetal. It has a little astringency and a long aftertaste.
Recommended Brewing Method:
Leaf: 11⁄2 – 2 tsp (2.5 – 3g) per cup
Water: 80 ̊C
Time: 1-2 mins
