Yellow Bud - First Flush


Origin: Sichuan, China

Along the lines of a Houshan yellow bud, it has a lovely aroma and taste with notes of Hay, peas and a biscuit maltiness .  Quite subtle however, if infused right.  Nice afternoon treat. 

Brew Times and Temp:  Steep for 2 - 3 mins at 80°C

Will stand multiple infusions.

50 grams will make a approx 25 - 30 cups

100 grams will make approx 50 - 60 cups
