Wen Shan Pouchong
Appearance: Light green golden.
Taste: Rich but delicate with floral stone fruit notes.
Brew time and temperature: infuse for 3-4 mins at 85°C
Produced in Pinglin, North Taipei at 400-800 Metres elevation. Grown since the 18th century Wenshan Pouchong is also known as Wenshan Baoxhong or Man Saan Baau Zung. It is incredibly light and quite reminiscent of a green tea
