Can also be known as Bai Mu Dan or White Peony.
Pai Mu Dan consists of the smallest bud and first two leaves of the new shoot. The open leaf yields a pale orange-yellow liquor with a delicate sweet flavour.
Origin - China (Taimu Mountain district of Fuding)
Appearance - The leaf is a flat and open leaf and has been dried either in the sun or naturally indoors.
Taste - Delicate and sweet and may be enjoyed in combination with rose petals or dried fruits.
Brew time and temp - Steep for 3 minutes at 85°C.

100 grams will make approx 50 - 60 Cups
