Sparrow's Tongue - Joonjak
This tea was named for its appearance, which was reminiscent of a sparrow’s tongue. It is a roasted green grown in various locations throughout South Korea, and is well known for its delicious roasted flavour. Sometimes also known as “Joongjak” when using roman characters.
Brew time and temp: Steep at 85°C for 2 -3 mins
50 grams will make a approx 25 - 30 cups
100 grams will make approx 50 - 60 Cups
