Mao Feng


This tea originates from the Yunnan province in China. It has a unique flavour which includes fruit notes and exhibits qualities of white tea.

Origin - Yunnan province, China
Appearance - A pale green, fine, wiry leaf with withered white edges. Unlike many green teas, it is not rolled and therefore the leaves stay intact.
Taste - An exciting, light green tea with notes of apple, honeydew and a subtle, sweet, nutty finish. The liquor is pale golden and almost borders into the white tea area.
Brew time & Temp - Steep at 80°C for 2 minutes.
