Echinacea and Siberian ginseng have been known to enhance the immune system. A little bit taken regularly now may help combating those colds and viruses.

These organic herbs are combined with peppermint, ginger and lemongrass.  

It may also help to slightly soothe a sore, scratchy throat.

Brew Times and Temp:  Steep for 6-8 minutes at 100°C
